Ski Chestnut Mountain or the miles of Cross Country ski trails right outside your door. Return at the end of the day to hot chocolate and a roaring fire to warm, reflect and to plan the next days adventure.

The Wintertime Candlelight Dinner is a romantic meal with complimentary wine showcasing the world-class fare from the Inn’s kitchen, featuring seven courses all hand-crafted from the freshest organic ingredients. All of our Winter packages include out famous Full Country Gourmet Breakfast as well.

SPRING Witness the Irish Hollow Valley bursting to life as the fields of Springtime flowers color the countryside. The season offers so much to see and do, with the Galena Triathalon, Spring Tour of Homes, and of course, the budding of the first flowers. Throughout the season, all of our packages include fresh flowers, champagne and hand-crafted chocolates on arrival, and our Full Country Gourmet Breakfast each morning.
