JUST BEFORE THANKSGIVING . . .
The Holiday Season is magnificently celebrated at Irish Hollow. Just before Thanksgiving, the decor is amazingly transformed into the perfect Holiday postcard, where each room and cottage is dressed in it’s own seasonal magic. Menus are laden with flavors of holidays past, hand-crafted with all-natural ingredients.
Preparation begins weeks earlier when the Plum Puddings and Bourbon Christmas Cakes are baked and begin their marinating. Each of the packages throughout December, and until the Epiphany, includes our Full Country Gourmet Breakfast and Old World Christmas Dinner.
