PIZZA.... It's what's for Breakfast!  And why not?  Think about it...some toasted crust, sausage, sauteed veggies, eggs, cheese, and perfectly delicious.  I know that this is a sloppy recipe, but truly needs no exact measurements.  We start with a simple basic pizza dough.  Using some corn meal we press it into a desired shape for an individual pizza, with rolled up edges that will keep the egg from running over the edge.  Brush with some olive oil.  Brown some italian sausage in a skillet.  Then saute whatever vegetable you might enjoy, or have around in the sausage drippings.  If desired, spread some of your favorite sauce: pesto or red onto the crust, sprinkle with fresh or dried herbs, then top with sausage, veggies and some cheese.  I prefer to use grated (not powder) parmesan. Put onto a pizza pan or (non-insulated) baking sheet into a hot (450) oven, until crust start to crisp, 7 or so minutes.  Remove from oven and crack two eggs on top.  Put back into the oven until eggs are cooked, 5-6 minutes.  Enjoy!
