THE IRISH HOLLOW TEAM

Though it takes a village, the primary Irish Hollow Team members are Matthew, Tony and Bill.  They bring a world of experience and local flavor to give guests the infamous and unique Irish Hollow experience.
Most everyone gets to meet Matthew.  He runs the daily operation, and provides the ultimate guest services.  Raised in the Irish Hollow Valley, he brings a keen sense of the area, along with the charm of the wonderful people. He has refined his amzing innkeeping talents during his ten years at Irish Hollow.
Tony's love for the hospitality industry began at age fifteen, and led him through an exciting journey of hotels in Hawaii, Arlington Park, and as a manger at the Chicago Hilton and Towers.  His love of nature and the land makes him the perfect steward of the Inn's expansive grounds. He also designs and builds the Inn's latest additions.
Bill still doesn't know what he wants to be when he grows up, and does a mixed bag at the Inn, from meal design to gardening, and does all of the Irish Hollow holiday decor.  Formerly with the Ritz Carlton in Chicago, Bill is the Inn's detail guy.
Having traveled to the region in the mid 1980s, Bill and Tony began to plan Irish Hollow at first sight, and opened the Inn in 1990.
